HOW TO VIEW PHOTOS

  1. Click on any image in your child's individual gallery to bring up the file name. We recommend viewing your gallery on a desktop/laptop computer, file numbers might not be visible properly on a mobile device.

  2. The photos of siblings together will be placed into 1 of your children's galleries ( usually the youngest child's photo gallery) and may be ordered within that package for that gallery.  Please note packages are priced  per child.  A package is required to be selected per child and combining photos into one package is not permitted.

  3. Note down the photo file numbers you would like to order. You will need them later to place your order.

 

* Please note: you will only have individual photos taken of your child if you have pre-registered prior to photo day.

HOW TO ORDER PHOTOS

  1.  Once you have checked your online gallery and selected the photos you would like to order, go to our online store here to place your order. More information on what is included in each package please see below. 

  2. Select your package.  Type in photos file numbers.  Add to cart. 

  3. If you are ordering prints before the due date select Delivery to Your Centre (Free), after the due date Standard Delivery ($13)

  4. Payment can be made via credit card  or  PayPal. If you prefer the direct deposit option, please contact us and we will send you an invoice with our bank details.

DIGITAL FILES & DOWNLOADS

What if I have lost / deleted my email with the Password ?

No worries, just email hello@maxfamilyphoto.com and let us know your child’s centre, class and FULL NAME and we will get back to you with a new one.

I purchased digital files but have not received them ?

Your high resolution digital images will be available for download on your child's gallery 24 hours after purchase. A notification will be sent​ to the same email address that you used for registration. Please ensure you have entered your email address information correctly and remember which email account you have used.  

Check your junk/spam/other mail ​folder as often they do end up there (particularly Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo accounts).

Photos are only available in the system for about 2-3 months to download. So for this reason please make sure you download immediately after purchase and backup to a 2nd location to avoid loss of files.

Can I print from digital files?
Yes, these are full sized images, and can be printed up to A2 format!
You’re also welcome to use the images to create photo products or anything else you like!

Can I buy individual digital files?

Digital Files are only available as a package.

We have package options that include 3, 5 , 1o digital files. You can also buy all digital files from your gallery for $129.

ORDERING, PRINTS, PACKAGES

When is the closing date for print orders and what happens if I am late ordering ?

The due date is communicated via your email with details to view, several reminder emails are also sent out.

There is usually a 3 WEEK ORDERING PERIOD after the galleries open so please ensure you place your order by the due date. 

Orders placed within the ordering period are offered a free postage because we can process them all together.
In fairness to other families who have ordered on time, we can no longer offer you the free postage for orders after the due date.

A postage/late fee of $13 applies for print orders placed after the due date - please ensure you do order by this date in order to avoid this fee.   Your prints are then sent to your home address. There is no late fee for late digital orders.

DELIVERY FEES & TIMES

The "Free School delivery" period has expired, can I still get free delivery?
Orders placed within the 3 weeks are offered free delivery because they are sent together.
Orders placed after this period are automatically charged the delivery fee regardless of where they are sent. This is the cost we incur by our dispatch service.
If you choose “Home Delivery” or order after the this 14 day window, you will need to pay $13. This fee covers the cost of your ordering being individually packaged and posted to you.
In fairness to other families who have ordered on time, we can no longer offer you free delivery.

 
How long will my order take?
Free School Delivery: Within 20 days of the Free Delivery window closing.
Home Delivery: Within 20 days of placing your order.
Digital Downloads: Within 48 hours – via email.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

The prices for the Services will be as stated on the Site when You register for photos to be taken and shown in the cart and exclude delivery which will be added to the total amount charged to You.

Complimentary delivery to the childcare centre or kindergarten is offered if orders are placed within the stated closing date (as shown in communication emails).  Prices are liable to change at any time but you will not be affected if your order has already been placed and you have received such confirmation.

All orders placed during the print ordering period and prior to the closing date will be delivered to your childcare/kindergarten for you to collect.  Delivery to your home address requires payment of a postage fee. 

Max Family Photo​ does not impose late fees but will impose a charge of $13.00 per order to cover the cost of postage if ordered after the closing date for print orders.

As the goods provided are personal to you and have no re-sale value we regret that we cannot cancel or provide refunds once your order has been placed in production. However, we do understand that mistakes do happen and if you consider that your order is not correct than please contact us and we will try and assist you. Digital files and childcare photo prints are non-refundable. Prior to ordering, parents are provided with the opportunity to review and approve their photos online for quality, composition, and accuracy. This ensures the final product meets their expectations.

- Parents must carefully inspect all proofs shared online prior to approving the order. Once approval is given and the print order is placed, changes cannot be made, and the sale becomes final.

- While refunds are not available for approved and printed photos, any defective products (e.g., damaged in transit or printing errors not related to the photo review process) will be assessed for replacement. Parents must report any defects within 7 days of receiving the product.

Re-uploading Galleries

It is expected that you carefully review your selected images before placing an order.

In the event that a you mistakenly placed an order for the wrong images, a re-uploading request can be submitted within 7 days from the date of the original order. 

A re-uploading fee of $26 will be charged for processing re-upload of your gallery online. This fee covers the administrative and processing costs associated with re-uploading galleries.

PHOTO EDITING POLICY

  • Minor Photo Edits

    • We are happy to apply additional minor edits to your photos, including:

      • Scratch removal

      • Bruise removal

      • Stain removal

    • These edits must be requested and agreed upon prior to placing your order for digital files or prints.

  • Parents Responsibility

    • It is the parent’s responsibility to review and communicate any desired edits before finalising their order. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make further changes.

  • Submitting Edit Requests

    • Please contact us with your specific editing requests via email specifying your order number and photo file numbers for editing before placing your order.

    • All edit requests will be reviewed, and confirmation of the edits will be provided prior to processing your order.

  • Final Approval

    • Once edits have been completed, parents will receive updated proofs for final approval.

    • After approval, the photos will be processed for delivery (digital or prints), and no further changes can be made.

  • Scope of Edits

    • The additional edits offered are limited to minor corrections (scratches, bruises, stains). Requests for more extensive edits may be subject to additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
